What “one verifiable pilot” means
A single pilot, run on our own product decisions, with the same tool that runs in production. Every multi-model consultation produces consensus, quantified disagreements and a definitive recommendation — and a deliberation without non-empty disagreements is discarded. What these figures prove, and what they do not prove yet, is written in plain terms in the report.
